Data Protection regulations

You may be aware of the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) regarding privacy which came into force on 25th May 2018.

Under the new legislation you have greater control over the use of your personal information and you are able to tell the club how you want your personal data to be used. We need you to take action so that we know if you have given consent for us to use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. It is a simple matter of editing your profile on ClubSpark to set your “Privacy and Consent” options and should take just a minute or two to complete.

Here are some links giving more guidance about what you should do

Guidance for non members receiving coaching

You may change your mind to these consents at any time by returning to Your Profile and amending your consents.

You will appreciate that the Club keeps its costs down by Members volunteering to deal with matters such as this and we rely on your co-operation to enable us to run the Club efficiently.
