Avondale has a friendly and thriving Mini/Junior section for all abilities from the age of 4 upwards.
Mini and Juniors
- Junior and Mini coaching takes place weekdays after school and on Saturday mornings, led by our LTA accredited coaches
- Boys’and Girls’ teams play in local and county leagues throughout the year.
- Junior members are invited to take part in the Club Championships
- Holiday camps are run during the school holidays
- Mini competitions are run periodically for those players attending coaching.
- Match Play for Junior members take place during the summer and winter terms

Match play for Junior Members – Monday 6:00–8:00pm
Play tennis with other junior members under the supervision of our Senior Leaders who will give you tips on how to effectively play singles and/or doubles / social game.
A great opportunity to enhance your game, put those skills you have been learning into play and maybe meet some new junior members to organise your own weekly tennis games.
Pre-registration is required for Match Play : Link will be made available to Junior members prior to the start of the term
