Should a lesson be cancelled due to bad weather/staff illness we will try to make up the lesson following the last scheduled week of the term – please diarise this reserve week when. The player will not be credited/refunded if they are unable to attend the catch-up lesson. However, if we are unable to offer a catch-up lesson you will be credited for the following term. Cancellations will be advised prior to the lesson via WhatsApp, email and Facebook.
